Andrew T. Moon, CPA/ABV

As a Partner at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, Andrew focuses on tax consulting and compliance for closely held family businesses and high-net-worth individuals. His work spans manufacturing, professional services, wholesale and retail distribution, and restaurants, with a particular emphasis on tax and succession planning. Andrew often coordinates among the different advisors and specialties involved in helping families and businesses plan for ownership transitions and other tax matters. 

Andrew first joined Tronconi Segarra & Associates as an intern in 2005 and has held every title within the Tax Department on his way to Partner. Today, he serves as the Tax Department Practice Area Leader and is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. His client service philosophy is simple: listen first, talk second. His experience includes helping a company plan and execute an ownership transfer to the next generation, coordinating gifting strategies, tax planning and compliance, and business valuation reporting. 

Originally from Hilton, New York, Andrew enjoys hiking, camping, golf, hunting, and traveling. He has visited 35 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with a goal of visiting all 50. Andrew and his wife have two sons.
