Diane M. Straka, CPA

Diane specializes in tax compliance, accounting, audit and consulting services for tax-exempt organizations, with a particular focus on labor unions, single employer and multiemployer Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit organizations. As a Partner in the Tax Department at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, she also works with individuals and small businesses and provides consulting and advisory services across her areas of practice. 

With a career spanning both public accounting and industry, Diane brings experience in tax compliance, auditing, consulting and accounting system implementation. She began working in public accounting in 1996 and later served as a Partner with Arcara & Borczynski LLP and a Director with Arcara, Zucarelli, Lenda & Straka CPAs, PC. Diane joined Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2016 as a Principal and later became a Partner in 2017. 

Originally from North Tonawanda, Diane now lives in East Amherst. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling.
