His work is centered on SALT services, where he applies his experience to help clients recover state and local tax overpayments and reduce tax assessments. A member of Tronconi Segarra & Associates since 2004, David credits the firm’s culture as an important factor in his professional success. Over the course of his work in state and local taxation, he has helped clients recover millions of dollars in taxes and achieve significant reductions in tax assessments.
A Western New York native, David has an interest in history and culture. Outside of his professional work, he also serves as a church musician.
