Melissa A. Wasieczko, CPA

Melissa specializes in tax compliance and planning for small businesses, serving as a go-to resource for clients as questions and concerns arise throughout the year. Her work at Tronconi Segarra & Associates includes tax return preparation and review for clients across manufacturing, professional services, medical, and real estate industries. Her approach to client service is straightforward: treat clients as she would want to be treated. 

Her accounting career began in 2011 with Feeley, Bonaventura & Hyzy CPAs PC, where she gained experience preparing tax returns, compiling and reviewing financial statements, and performing monthly and year-end bookkeeping. Melissa joined Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2021 and progressed from Senior Manager to Principal. Her client service has included helping a business navigate responsibilities following the departure of its CEO and assisting an individual client with New York State tax notices that ultimately resulted in no balance due. 

Melissa grew up in Wheatfield, New York, and now lives in North Tonawanda with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and baking.
