Jeremy focuses on general business consulting and mergers and acquisitions as a Partner at Tronconi Segarra & Associates. He specializes in buy-side and sell-side due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports, while also helping companies evaluate strategic paths for growth, succession, ownership transfers, and third-party sales. His work includes sell-side advisory, buyer research, and taking companies to market with a focus on maximizing deal value for clients.
A member of Tronconi Segarra & Associates since beginning his professional career in 2008, Jeremy progressed from Staff to Principal before becoming Partner. His experience includes preparing due diligence and a Quality of Earnings report for a client’s approximately $200 million acquisition, as well as helping a client structure and finance the purchase of a family business. He also performs financial statement audits and reviews and previously served as the firm’s Accounting & Audit Department Practice Area Leader.
Originally from Machias, New York, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, hunting, and being outdoors. He remains connected to the former farmland where he grew up, which his family now uses for recreation, hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers.
