As a Manager in the State and Local Tax Department at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, she serves clients across a broad range of industries, with extensive experience in manufacturing, construction, software, and retail.
Before joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2023, Kaitlin spent 15 years at the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance, serving as a Sales and Use Tax Auditor and Beverage Container Auditor. Her experience on the state side of sales tax provides a strong foundation for the audit representation and other sales tax services she provides today.
Kaitlin grew up in Penfield, New York. She is active in the community and serves on the RIT Saunders College of Business Accounting Advisory Board and the Rochester Spinal Association Board. In her spare time, she enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, and playing musical instruments. She also has a cat named Princess Puma Bear.
