Natalie serves as a strategic advisor to clients looking to strengthen financial operations, improve business performance, and build high-performing teams. As a Managing Consultant in Client Accounting Services at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, she leads and reviews client engagements, develops staff capabilities, collaborates across the CAS team, supports business development, and uses technology to improve client workflows and help ensure consistent high-quality service delivery. Her current work includes helping a growing retail and e-commerce business transition from manual accounting processes to a cloud-based platform and achieving timely insight into its financial performance. 

Her career spans more than 35 years and includes financial leadership roles across manufacturing, distribution, and not-for-profit organizations. Before joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2023, Natalie served in CFO, Controller, and accounting management positions, gaining experience in establishing reliable monthly reporting, standardizing accounting workflows, developing KPI dashboards, improving management visibility into cash flow and profitability, human resources, and team leadership. Her approach centers on listening, asking thoughtful questions, and putting people first. 

Natalie and her husband live in Clarence, New York. Outside of work she enjoys golf, swimming, gardening, cooking, music, and international travel. Her love of gardening and cooking traces back to time spent with her grandparents on their dairy farm.
