Patrick A. Sullivan, CPA

Patrick focuses primarily on sell-side advisory and business valuation services, helping clients position their companies for a transaction and evaluate the path forward based on their objectives. As a Managing Consultant at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, he also assists with buy-side due diligence and financial modeling engagements. Patrick has served clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure services, professional services, construction, oil and gas, and other specialized sectors. 

Before joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2023, Patrick spent five years  on the finance and accounting team at Independent Health and nearly  three years on the audit team at The Bonadio Group.  His experience in audit, financial close and reporting, and consulting supports his current focus on transaction advisory and valuation services.. 

 Patrick grew up in Derby, New York, and played Division I hockey at Canisius College. As a fun fact, Patrick spent a year in Alaska playing hockey before his collegiate career. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys golf, hockey, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their French bulldog.
