Patrick M. Tronconi, CPA

Pat specializes in corporate tax matters, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. As a Tax Partner at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, his work includes transaction planning as well as tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals. He serves clients across the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries. 

Pat began his accounting career in 1986 with Price Waterhouse, progressing from Tax Associate to Senior and Manager. He later served as a Tax Partner with Tronconi McCarthy and Hore PC before joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates. His transaction experience includes assisting a family-owned business with its sale to a publicly traded acquirer and helping a publicly traded UK company sell its U.S. business to a private equity buyer in a transaction valued at more than $5 billion. His approach to client service is guided by putting the client first. 

Born and raised in Buffalo, Pat now lives in Clarence Center with his wife, Josephine. They have two children, Juliana and Patrick. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting sports cards and building jigsaw puzzles and has amassed a collection of more than 125,000 sports cards.
