Shelley joined Tronconi Segarra & Associates in 2025. Shelley serves as an Accounting Analyst in the Client Accounting Services group. Her approach to client service centers on helping clients have the information they need to make informed decisions. She values listening carefully and making information simple to understand. Her focus on clear communication and understanding of client needs guides her work within the CAS group.
Prior to taking time off to raise her son, she worked at HSBC Bank managing & moving the International Sales Credits Area for the US to Buffalo. Interaction between different offices all over the globe emphasized how important communication was. After having her son, she took on various bookkeeping jobs to have flexibility for her family’s needs. A Buffalo native, Shelley now lives in Amherst with her husband and son and enjoys having her extended family nearby. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active outdoors through hiking, biking, tennis, pickleball, running, golf, swimming and gardening. She also loves spending time with her family, attending concerts, and following the Buffalo Bills & Sabres.
